BSL2 Door Systems
The Sealeck BSL2 (PC2) door system suits Bio-containment to BSL2 or PC2 standards as well as allowing individual options to suit particular aesthetic and budget requirements. The steel sheeted fully enveloped door leaf has a durable powder coated surface to customers’ colour choice and a single edge seam sealed against moisture or bacterial ingress. No organic materials are used in the construction of the door leaf. The door leaf is pre-hung using stainless steel hinges to a powder coated three sided steel frame. The framing system incorporates a combined door stop and seal function around the perimeter of the frame utilizing a replaceable silicon rubber seal. BSL3 Door Systems
The Sealeck BSL3 (PC3) door system suits Bio-containment to BSL3 or PC3 standards. The product range accommodates individual options to suit particular size and access requirements. The stainless steel door leaf is fully seamless preventing bacteria entrapment and simplifying cleaning and fumigation procedures. The surface on all faces and edges is polished stainless steel. BSL3 (PC3) door systems are factory prepared with sealed frames that prevent airflow through hinges and lock or strike plate cutouts and enable the completed door system to be used in positive or negative environments. Only inorganic materials are used internally in the construction of the door leaf and reinforcing for mounting lock and other hardware items. BSL4 Door Systems
The Sealeck BSL4 (PC4) door system has been designed to meet the most stringent conditions imposed by BSL4 (PC4) levels of Bio-containment. This door system utilizes a fully seamless polished stainless steel door leaf and framing system to suit masonry or stud wall applications and to prevent bacterial entrapment, simplifying cleaning and fumigation procedures. The door system features a full perimeter inflatable pneumatic edge seal and electromagnetic locking that can easily be incorporated into the laboratory air supply and computer access control system in use at your own facility. Air supply and wiring exit the door frame at the head of the door within the wall system so are hidden from view and as a result are not detrimental to room pressurization or bacterial entrapment. Bioguard
A 37mm thick metal clad seamed door leaf supplied in a powder coated (lower cost) or stainless steel (higher cost). The door leaf has a seamed joint along the edge that is silicone sealed for cleanliness
Uniguard
A 40, 45 or 55mm highly finished, seamless, stainless steel clad, internal SHS framed, foam core door.
